Just watched the end of Shelton/Djokovic and am hoping it might be followed by the Alcaraz/Meddy match, but it's an old match between Swiatek and Jabeur. 😞  Why on earth not show both the semis??  So frustrating!

Then the legal UK rights holder should give us the coverage we expect and have paid for!

Since I only got roughly 75% of the 2nd men's semi final can I get 25% off my bill. This is ridiculous and again highlights the failings of not making replays available on demand.

I know sky only pick and choose which items they reply to on here but their efforts are looking more and more amateur. Sky looks more interested in raising the profile of their pundits across all sports than actually covering sports professionally - the way they used to.

Absolutely! They charged £20+ extra to Singh hi for the US Open coverage and it's **bleep**e , total waste of money and a complete con

The coverage of the US open tennis 2023 was diabolical. Used to really enjoy watching on Amazon Prime but most of the time now I have switched sky sports off and watched something else. Really spoilt everything I love about this sport.

I've just signed in to watch yesterday's ladies final of the US Open and all I get is " sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available". I don't want to watch 7 minutes of highlights

I don't even have commentary on either the Main Event or the Sky Sports Tennis channels. 

I have to go to the court selection screen and select Ashe to get commentary. 

Might be worth you doing that actually, as at least the sound is synced there! The only problem I have now is the picture regularly freezes for a split second then fast forwards to catch up with itself. Ho hum.

After many years with Sky I 'upgraded' my package to watch the US Open tennis. I have never had Sky Sports in all the years I've been with Sky. What terrible coverage with dreadful presenters and replays of old matches. I could not wait to 'downgrade'!! But of course that wasn't going to be easy now, was it! Contrary to the 'instructions' I could not do it from my account page since I have SkyQ and I had to phone and be on hold for 20 minutes with a BT line so costing me the call!! Plus I also have to pay an administration fee of £10. My first and last experience of Sky Sports. Never ever again plus I will think twice when my present contract needs renewing...

This was very frustrating. Although at least the picture quality improved from looking like it was recorded on an old VHS. The UHD channel was unwatchable for the first few days, thought I was watching the 1979 competition instead.

Did anyone else feel let down by paying out for Sky Sports to watch the US Open Tennis then no option to watch matches that were on late/overnight/at the same time as other matches? I've emailed Sky 5 times expressing my annoyance with no reply!
