Sky not connecting to internet

Sky unable to connect to the internet. Have tried to reconnect through seetings - no luck. Can you help?

If you're in the west of Ireland, your Internet may be affected by Storm Éowyn and will be returned as soon as possible. You may have electricity, but no Internet.
