Sky dish broke in storm

Think i need a new sky dish as I now have no channel just only apps as the centre thing is just hanging by cable due to strong winds it broken of

Well, yes: an absent LNB will rather disrupt satellite reception.  Given the scale of the storm and the reduced number of Sky service engineers, I'd imagine repair times are going to stretch well into next week, and the contact centres are also going to be rather busy tomorrow.

 

Perhaps also note that Sky no longer fixes dishes at addresses with a Sky+ HD subscription.

Yeah a few places are needing replacements and wiring fixed due to the storms. They're expected over tomorrow too so just need to sit and see how bad it gets, my signal keeps going off so I'm hoping it doesn't get worse than that
