Why have sky conema stopped playing Christmas films now it's only the 27th December which means it's still Christmas??

It is due to revert to sky cinema drama on 1st january

That seems to be when the Xmas season is over for most broadcasters and they stop the Christmas programming

It does still seem to be christmas movies until then, though some start the argument "is [batman returns/the conjuring/sleepless In seattle/just friends a christmas movie?"
Sleepless in seattle totally and Google suggests the others are too
