About once a week or more often our TV will display a message saying Sky viewing card needs to be inserted chip side up, when it already is. At this time we have no access to Sky channels or to our recordings. When we take the card out and reinsert it, then it does usually work. As we have had this viewing card for many many years, do we need it replacing?
