@lisa1971  You need to call Sky Business as this forum is for Domestic customers.  https://business.sky.com/

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Urgent Notice for Sky+ users: as of 29th October 2024 you will no longer be able to pair your viewing card to a Sky+/Sky+HD box that the card is not already paired to, so if your Sky box breaks you cannot replace it and you'll need to move to either Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream to access Sky content

Sky no longer make engineer visits for Sky+ subscribers I'm afraid, unless you have Sky Protect.

Can you explain further about the screen being fuzzy? Perhaps we can advise you.

@lisa1971

Sky no longer provides 'engineer' support for Sky+ / Sky+ HD unless the household has a pre-existing Sky Protect Device Insurance policy.  If you want to get your system looked at you'll need to contact a local independent satellite dish installer.

Thank you for the information. It is a business account with 2 boxes. 1 is a hd box the other is not. The normal box is grainy like there is interference on the tv and the hd box is fine
