I was member with Sky, using the sport site and live casino, I had 3 registered debit card and the primary card I had to ask to delete as was some kind of payment that need to be clarified so for security I decided to ask the team to delete and instead using one of the others two cards; the same day the account was suspended and until yesterday after made so many enquiries to find out why ? One agent on chat live confirmed that they decided to close the account forever without giving any explanation! Because they are on the right do not explain why !!!!!!after so many years of been a member I felt such Kick in the face with no specific reason , most unfair and unacceptable....certainly not the way a customer expects to be treat, expecially on the site of been clear of any doubts about security etc etc....very disappointed, and no even have the courtesy to reply and inform about the decision made! Absolutely disgusting .....they deserve a very negative feedback, and more than that ! Be aware keep your eyes wide open as this kind of people do not respect anything and anyone ! G.S.

As @Annie+UK indicates, while Sky Betting & Gaming was once a Sky plc company, it is now wholly owned by Flutter Entertainment (aka Paddy Power - Betfair) while retaining some long term use of the Sky name and logos for marketing purposes.
Sky Group (a division of the Comcast Corporation) doesn't hold a UK gambling licence and could not operate such a company.

Whatever you do don't complain to Sky bet - I'm now banned across all Flutter sites simply for complaining. Regardless of whether it is run by Sky or not they are using the Sky name and desecrating it.

While you cannot complain to Sky about any action Flutter has taken, it's legitimate to criticise Sky Group for their continuing brand licencing arrangement. Unfortunately I suspect many Sky subscribers who also use 'Sky Bet' have no idea these are entirely different companies.
