I’m sure platforms like Netflix and Paramount+ have copyright protection in place, and I’d assume YouTube does as well. If Twilight 3 isn’t officially available on YouTube, meaning it wasn’t uploaded by Twilight or Summit Entertainment, then it may be in breach of YouTube’s terms and conditions. Sky’s internal copyright protection may have detected this and exited the app to prevent you from continuing to watch it.
Apart from that, you an try this to fix it:
Option 1:
If you're on Sky Q/Glass/Stream.
- Turn off your device.
- Unplug it from the wall.
- Wait 5 minutes
- Plug it back in
- Wait for setup to complete
- Try YouTube again
Option 2
Sky Q:
- Press the HOME button on your remote.
- Press DOWN until you come to "Settings"
- On your remote, press 0 0 1 then SELECT
- Scroll DOWN to "Apps"
- Press SELECT, to scroll over to "Refresh Apps"
- Press SELECT again to refresh.
Sky Glass/Stream:
- Press the HOME button on your remote.
- Press DOWN until you come to "Settings".
- Press SELECT.
- Press DOWN to "System Management".
- Press SELECT.
- Press DOWN to "Resets & Updates".
- Press SELECT.
- Scroll DOWN to "Refresh apps".
- Press SELECT to refresh.
If these didn't help, you will need to contact Sky.

I'm not aware of any platform or operating system which would do that: enforcement is up to YouTube, not the owner of the environment hosting the YouTube app.

Fair point. You’re right that copyright enforcement within the YouTube app sits with YouTube and the rights holders, not Sky. I did more research after I posted and found this was the case.
I don’t have visibility into Sky’s internal app framework, but I agree it’s unlikely that Sky is intervening at a content level. What I was getting at was a possible reason for the behaviour being seen, where playback fails on a TV platform without a clear on-screen error.
In practice this usually comes down to either the video being restricted by YouTube on TV devices, or the YouTube app on Sky becoming unstable and exiting when playback is interrupted or denied. Unfortunately the app doesn’t always surface a useful message when that happens.
The reset and app-refresh steps were just offered as general troubleshooting, as they often resolve app-level issues on Sky Q / Glass / Stream.
Hopefully between the suggestions here, @Serieslink1 can work out whether it’s an app stability issue or a limitation with the specific YouTube video.

Try going into the Sky TV app of YouTube and click on settings, then do a Reset app.
You do not really need to do a Sky TV apps refresh, as this reset does the same.
Youtube is regularly updated on the Sky platforms, so you should be pretty up to date often.
You might also want to clear some more YouTube stuck cache, by doing a 'clear serchnhistory' and 'clear watch history'.
No harm in doing a Sky box restart or a broadband/hub reboot, if you have not done one on a while.
