Sky TV poor quality picture sound keeps failing then lose total picture and sound, using communal Sky Dish other tenants are experiencing similar issues also people with own sky dish have had issues, contacted the maintainers of the Sky Dish they have advised to contact sky to see if any known issues in the Roath/Penylan area of Cardiff

@Deggsey13  Satellite TV signals covers the whole of the UK & Ireland and isn't localised, if there was an issue with the satellkites the community would literally be in meltdown.

There are no area issues as thats not how it works, seems to me the issue is woth your communal system and they need to resolve it, not Sky.
