Hi, I noticed a few months ago that my sky sports premier league team fixture calendar subscription (for Chelsea) was showing kick off times after the end of March an hour earlier than they should be. I thought that maybe once the clocks went forward they would be adjusted to B.S.T and show the correct times, but that appears not to have happened as the k.o times are still showing an hour earlier than they should be.
I have tried deleting and re subscribing to no avail.
Is this an issue with all of the sky sports calendars or just the Chelsea calendar I use? Is this a known issue and being looked into?
thanks

Re: Sky Sports fixture calendar k.o times stuck on G.M.T
Hi @Alix3 , I noticed the same thing across all my Sky Sports calendar subscriptions (multiple teams, competitions etc.). I'm using Google Calendar, and like you, tried deleting them and resubscribing to no avail. So it seems to be an issue on Sky's end.
I got ChatGPT to analyse one of the Sky Sports .ics calendar files and it had this to say:
Sky includes timezone definitions, but doesn't apply them to individual events, so Google Calendar assumes the times are local without DST adjustment.
The result: Events appear 1 hour early during BST.
The fix is to add TZID=Europe/London to each DTSTART/DTEND line.
So, hopefully this is something Sky can fix!

Thanks for the reply. I forgot to mention I was using Apple devices so the fact you're using google does seem to confirm it's an issue on Sky's side.
How do we get this flagged up to Sky to get it fixed?

Wonderful. We can only guess that this thread and ChatGPT led to a successful remedy.
