I have active sky sports complete pack subscription and i cannot find sky sports cricket on my sky q box. None of the included Sky sports channels include Sky Sports Cricket.
If you've just subscribed to Sky Sports then it can take a few hours to be fully operational.

What do you mean by it isn't there, does 405 as a channel not appear or are you being asked to upgrade ?

Yes i have restarted the box. Also have checked with sky if i have the subscription. They also made me reset the settings of the box and clear the hard drive

Ok. So if you tune to Channel 404 and then go Up one channel does it skip to 406 ?
