Sky Sports 2 year contract

Just a quick question, Who else would subscribe to sky sports, at the present advertised price (£22 per month) If it was a rolling 31 day contract like it used to be, I would, straight away....but not when they're tying me into a 2 year contract.

And before some sky shill answers this with, "thats why they've put forward the cheaper price, to entice you"....I know that but if it was a rolling contract at that price then sky would get 10 months a year sky sports subs from me....at present they're getting no additional subs from me.....I wonder how many subs sky are missing out on?

It's the nature of running a business. Sport is Sky's biggest financial outlay and they therefore need customers to pay for it. If you don't feel that it's good value direct from Sky then you can subscribe on a monthly, 6 monthly or 12 monthly basis (with various discounts) via their streamed NOW TV service. 

Sport is the key reason most people subscribe to Sky. They're willing to pay whatever Sky charge in order to get it.

That's probably an offer for new customers. Complete Sky sports is at least £33pm now undiscounted but obviously cheaper for new customers. Most people would likely accept £22 but can't as they aren't a new customer.

To be honest I don't think they'd be that bothered.
