Does anyone know if i can add channel sky sports 254

@CKerrigan1 sky sports 254 is an Italian service intended for Italy (Sky Italia) only, it's can't be added to Sky in the UK or even subscribed to outside Italy.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

In the UK it's TNT Sports which has the rights to Serie A, inherited from BT Sport. It appears that bet365 has Serie B rights and permits online viewing for users who have a positive balance in a gambling account held with them.

TNT Sports will bring you live coverage of every UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League match, in addition to exclusive Premier League games. Plus every match from Serie A, as well as matches from Ligue 1 and the Vanarama National League during the 2023-24 season.
