Sky Cinema

Hi There I am unable to view Sky Cinema though already subscribed When I click on a movie I get a message to say that I need to subscribe to watch any movies.... Thanks

How long have you subscribed to Sky cinema?

Since when has this problem occurred?

What is your sky system ie sky q, sky hd+, sky stream, sky glass?

Been subscribed six months on sky q

A customer service agent told me to change some setting to SD I think it was for download

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
