Sky Atlantic SD

I'm trying to watch The Last of Us on Sky Atlantic catch-up but it is saying I need to upgrade my package. I've checked and I have Sky Atlantic SD. I've ensured I've tried to download in SD and not HD but it's still saying I need to upgrade. I've also changed my preference settings to download in SD as I've seen that suggested in another post.

This show is apeparing on both the Catchup and Boxset menus for me so what TV package do you subscribe to as the Sky Signature one which is the basic one would give you access to this show in SD.

Is it a part of box sets that requires an extra sub?

Without knowing what Skt service you have it is hard to say but on Sky+ you would look in the box sets section. I guess it is similar for Sky Q and Sky Glass

what's the first package listed? As that will be the base package you currently have

@caesarome That's the package that I have and it's appearing on my catch-up menu and I've tried to download it in SD but isn't working

@SKY1992bf I just have the basic one which is Sky Signature but as far as I'm aware Sky Atlantic SD is part of that package. I'm able to access the channel itself but not able to download anything from catchup in SD.

@caesarome yes I can. I've gone onto MySky app and just upgraded to Sky Atlantic HD and now it's letting me download The Last of Us which I find strange as I was downloading in SD originally and it wasn't letting me. At least I can watch it now.
