Silicon Valley S5E1

Blank screen after the 'ad break' at +11 minutes to the end of the episode. Audio plays, screen black. Utterly pathetic from the 'premium' product that is Sky Stream. Had to watch the rest of it on the god-awful Sky Go adriddled app. 

 

How, why? They'll never tell us. Fix it? Probably not.

They can only fix it if you report the problem to them so I'd suggest emailing the viewer relations team viewerR@sky.uk

It's really not worth the effort. They take so long to respond, only saying they'll pass it onto the relevant teams. The very teams that seem to have no quality control in them in the first place!
