Signed Premiere: Downton Abbey The Grand Finale Arrives This Week

The gates of the estate are opening for one final, historic event. As part of Deaf Awareness Week, Chris from the All Viewer Relations team at Sky has confirmed that a special Signed version of Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale will be broadcast this weekend.

This is a milestone moment as it marks the very first signed movie premiere of 2026 for Sky Cinema.

Broadcast Schedule

The signed version will be available on Sky Cinema Drama HD at the following times:

  • Friday 8 May at 4:00 PM

  • Saturday 9 May at 11:15 AM

You can find the signed broadcast on the following channels:

  • Sky Glass, Sky Stream, and Sky Q: Channel 310

  • Virgin Media: Channel 410 for SD or Channel 524 for HD
