I have exact same problem
The Sky News channel on Samsung TV is fuzzy with distorted sound. The issue is only found with this channel and I have the same problem on both TV's in the house.
Does anyone know if action is being taken to resolve it?

If it's been reported to Viewer Relations then it should (eventually) get passed to the right team who can waggle the right cable and get it sorted.
In the meantime just use the YouTube app on your TV - the Sky News live feed is perfectly fine on there.

Have reported to our Superuser closed forum, as it's still happening this morning for the fast channel on LG, Samsung and LG TVs.
Will mark this as the answered post for now, until we hear further from Sky.

Same issue! Samsung....tezsung software. No issues with other channels
