Says i need to upgrade my subscription but i already have
I was watching youtube and then youtube turned off and it says on the sky home screen "to use this service, you need to upgrade your subscription" which randomly has popped up and now i cannot watch youtube or anything only normal tv.

The best thing you can do is contact Sky. If you go to sky.com/mysky , and click on the Virtual Assistant (purple robot icon with "Sky" on the bottom right), it can help you get in contact with a Sky agent.
Alternatively, you can go to https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q-standard-help
- Click "Next Step" until you reach the "Check the signal strength" page.
- Under "Did you get the help you need?" click "No, I still need help"
- Then click "I'm having trouble with my TV"
- Do the full power reset and click each box as you go.
- If this has not worked, click "I would rather get in touch"
- Here you will get ways to contact Sky, (i.e. via calling the phone number, SMS, WhatsApp, etc. if available)
