SKY BOX NOT WORKING
My Sky Box has stopped working. I only use it to record programmes I will miss. Remote still works on volume but does nothing else. No display whatsoever and won't turn on or off. . Could it be that batteries need changing when volume control still works. but nothing else.
Nothing comes on screen from Sky but TV works perfectly on everything else.

@Charlie171 Your post is unrelated to Skys accessibility services where you posted.
You don't say which box you have, is it Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky Stream?

If you're using an extension cable lead, it could have become faulty and now only allows one connection instead of two or more. If you can, try plugging it into the wall socket and see if it works.
