São Paulo Grand Prix is showing last years race not this years

Had to get rid of Sky because of issues with dish, sadly neighbours trees are so high.

stream no good as Sky has not resolved issues with subtitles so switched to  Now TV

As above paid £43 for Sky sports and want to see the São Paulo Grand Prix but it is showing last years race not this Years

Unable to talk to now TV as I paid by Apple Pay and to talk to now TV you need the last 4 digits of your bank account which it does not recognise 

How does Sky survive with such bad customer service
