Request for pin number

My mother who has deementia is constantly beimg asked for the pin number. She ONLY watched the games show on Challenge TV, so why the pin request. I understand its something to do with ghe watershed but Challenge TV reallly. Is there a way of bypassing this

Create a PIN of 0000 or 1111 or 2222 or 3333 etc...

OFCOM dictates that PINs cannot be fully disabled

I checked challenge for the upcoming week, most programmes are PG or U rated.

One episode of "Through the keyhole" is 12 so that will cause an issue.

Something you could check is if in settings, (for sky q. It may differ on other systems) go to parental, and manage parental settings.

Go to ratings and look at age restrictions, just make sure that it is set to None, because if set to pg or u, it means it may cause an issue requiring pins for u and pg programs.

It might be set to 'none' but if not, that could cause the problem.

Even still The 12 rated through the keyhole will still require the pin
