This is mainly a customer helps customer forum so you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. Sky won't know your details based on a community forum log in name.

Sky are a licensee and therefore don't own the match footage. Once it is beyond its 'live' stage, it then falls back into the Premier League's hands for the archives. 

Current rights partners use an online cloud service to download legal clips and footage directly from the PL and each is subject to a Broadcast Services Agreement - this covers uploading of clips to social media platforms. 

It's a multi-billion pound operation so, unfortunately, you are guaranteed not to be given permission to use any clips.
