@Amber2010  sky don't use email as a general communication route but you could send an email to viewer relations and see what they say viewerR@sky.uk

but before you do try putting your browser into incognito private mode before accessing the link and see if that works

Viewer relations are saying that you have to download to a Sky Box or Sky Glass with a subscription.

Were you able to access the episodes online without a Sky subscription?

Hi, so I've tried the BBC IPlayer and it's there but only in SD. Apparently they don't have rights for HD. 

It was filmed by BBC studios apparently and the best thing I was told was to try emailing them to ask if they might release an HD version in the future if Sky no longer have the rights.

I'm annoyed that I didn't set it up before I went as Sky was streaming it in HD.

In SD the faces are blurred on the wider shots hence looking for HD. 

Anyone has any ideas on other options, shame that Sky didnt leave the recorded stream on their YouTube channel either.

I think Sky are linking to the BBC version in SD of the recordings so effectively IPlayer content. I couldn't get it to play but I think that's the situation on those links.

Sky Viewer Relations sent a message to say that the episode's are available to watch via Sky, however you would need to have a Sky subscription to be able to download them to a Sky box/Sky Glass TV.

They also said the episode's are provided by BBC and are available to watch online via the BBC IPlayer.

I didn't think a Sky subscription was needed to view online.

I have just sent a message to Viewer Relations to confirm if they are the same as the BBC Iplayer episodes.

I have received a response from Sky Viewer Relations who have advised that the episodes are provided by the BBC not Sky.
