SyFi being rebranded as Sky Sci-Fi

I've just tried to watch my recordings of From on the Sci-Fi channel, and it's saying that I need to upgrade my subscription to watch. I thought it was a free channel. I've just had a look & I can watch Star Trek which is currently on, so any idea why I can't watch the recorded show please? Thanks loads folks

What is your sky? Q, stream, glass, HD+ etc?

What is your package? Do you have the hd add on (if on q or hd?)? Do you have boxsets or sky signature?

@nolte aaahh sorry, I have Sky Q, I got rid of HD last month as my contract ran out & they wanted £15 instead of £5 for it haha, and  I have Sky Signature which I think includes box sets. Thank  you

In which case you probably just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

P.S. Yes Signature does include Box sets (but in SD) 

Edit : as @oj01  says any existing HD recordings will prompt for an upgrade

@Sharyne20 So, have you recorded the HD version by mistake, which you now won't be able to watch without the HD Pack.
