Why is episode 14 and 17 missing from quantum leap new series on paramount plus on sky ?

Series 1 has 18 episodes but I can only download 16 episodes through sky ?

Episodes 14 & 17 are there for me. 

Episode 14 is called "S.O.S." and episode 17 is called "The Friendly Skies".

If you're on Sky Q, try Refreshing Apps:

1. Press Home
2. Scroll down to Settings (don't press anything)
3. Press 0 0 1 and then SELECT (centre button in middle of arrows)
   (You will see the Engineer Menu)
4. Scroll to Apps
5. SELECT to highlight Refresh Apps
6. SELECT to Refresh Apps.
7. Press EXIT/HOME

Wait about 10 minutes for all the apps to update, then try to find the episodes again.

They are available on Sky Q voice control " Quantum Leap"

When you select an episode it automatically opens the Paramout Plus app on the Sky Q box

Then just select episodes

There does appear some issues with the latest episodes on a Sky+'box so I would email the viewer relations at Sky and let them know about this so they can investigate it, this is their address - viewerR@sky.uk

I'm having the same issue and the website won't allow me to contact customer relations.

can someone from SKY please explain why this is happening?

Danny, is it a Sky+ or Sky+HD box? If it's a Sky+ box, BBC SD channels are being removed before April 2024 so you will need to upgrade if you wish to continue watching BBC.

I have the same issue on Sky+HD, have also emailed viewerR@sky.uk today 28th Aug. And received automated reply saying the will respond 3 days

im not sure how there is no issue but we both have the same issue 😂

perhaps we have the same bugs in our system lol. I'm now going to recheck to see if the episodes have suddenly reappeared lol

@Danny8282 Just checked again ( 29/8 0945) and there are definitely 2 episodes missing on my catch up screen..... come on sky surely we are both not mistaken.

Did you mention in your email that this was on a Sky+ box and that you can't search for episodes on it because from their response it sounds as though they are assuming this is to do with Sky Q ?
