Paramount asking me to choose a policy.

I’m trying to activate paramount+ as part of my sky package. I follow successfully all the instructions (QR code, FEWAK code etc.) but when I progress so far it asks me to select a (paid) plan. And won’t let me progress further until I’ve given card details.

What TV service do you have with Sky so do you have Sky Q, Stream or Glass ?

This is happening to me also today. I never had a problem before. Why is it not recognising my sign in details for the Sky account before. I have checked my Sky account and it confirms I am entitled to the Paramount+ service on my mobile phone.. Anyone know how to sign in without having to give payment details?

Same with me , I have sky glass and before sky q. I have had it for years and have never been able to sign into paramount. 

inhabe followed every single instruction with no success. 

always the same thing. . Chooses a plan. There is also an area where it says partners can sign in but that's just apple subscription. Honestly given up.
