There's some kind of server-based issue at Sky. They are aware. No timescale for a fix as yet.

This is extremely poor customer service from Sky. A known issue they are working to resolve, but everyone still pays for a service they are not getting while we wait.

I switched off my puck and back on again. Three times - but now streaming is working as expected. Have not checked Netflix to see if the picture quality has improved. It was impossible to watch - was as if everything was out of focus.

We have been watching The Rookie Season 4 and successfully got to the end of episode 12 S4, when trying to stream the next episode we see a message "sorry this item is unavailable please try again later" .

We have restarted the puck, unplug it and then tried, refreshed the apps tried watching on another sky puck and sky glass nothing works except if I play it on Sky Go on my phone, of course you cannot cast Sky Go. Is anyone else having this problem?

There's an existing chain in here about it. Someone will probably move you to the right chat, but it's a their radar and their investigating. I'm sad too, but The Equalizer is great too!

Twenty five years too late I'm finally working my way through watching the Sopranos, but have hit a snag on Sky Stream...

In series 5 it lists episodes 1-5 and 11-13, with episodes 6-10 missing. After watching episode 5 the Sopranos disappeared from my "Continue Watching". I see the same thing on both my Sky Stream pucks, and both have been re-booted several times.

Would you mind checking if you can see these episodes yourselves?

I have been able to watch the missing episodes as they are available via the Sky Go app on my Apple TV. And I would note that watching tham that way you don't have to hit a stupid "Skip Ads" button every 15 minutes - it just plays without interupption. Always good when Sky give a better experience on third party hardware than their own hardware 🙄
