How can they justify delivering such a sub standard streaming service and still charge £30 / month. No replays available and if they are then it's at least 24 hours later and absolutley no point watching. That's not how tennins works, a tournament rolls for minimum of a week so unless you can stream the replay before the next days matches it is not viable.
All I see is people complaining about this service. Sky please respond and give a concrete application development timeline showing when each and every one of these issues will be addressed.
Without this you are going to continually be seen as a substandard provider who only cares abouit profit and doesn't listen to it's customers. It's 2025, how much money do you need to make an app because I'm sure a 16 year old could make something much better than this garbage.
Oh and in case you don't believe me, here's your 1.3 on Trust pilot. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/nowtv.it
Hang your heads in shame. Bring back Amazon! Discovery+ show the Australian Open, check out their coverage. Gold standard in my opinion. All replays immediately available, you can rewind live matches etc etc all normal stuff you would expect and £8.99 a month. Please let Sky lose the tennis contract before 2028 when it is supposed to end. We deserve better.

@Daniel0210 Thanks for the response. Any suggestions as to where the best place to post this is so that someone from Sky might see it?

edit; as @caesarome has been pointed out (I'd missed it in the title) it's a NowTV service however the VRT may be able to pass it to NowTV.

Yeah, as others have pointed out this is a NowTV issue, not a Sky issue. Have you considered moving from Now to Sky Stream? With that, you can still stream Sky content, but you can also cloud record most sports instead of waiting for it to be available on-demand like you would on Now.

I 100% completely agree with you.. Any overnight tennis matches are just simply unavailable to watch the next day.. This is simply UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE service from Sky.. Frankly we're paying premium money for a sub standard service!! How long can this go on?

That is not exactly the case for Sky Stream or Sky Glass and would expect also for Now TV.
Sky Stream/Glass does not cloud recording everything and/or offer a playlist On demand link to all content
In this case for the Sky Tennis coverage and we have had many Tennis threads on the community on similar lines in the past year or so when Sky started their new Sky Tennis and rights coverage.
Sky may be playing live most, if not all matches for many of the tournaments they have the rights for via the Sky Tennis and Sky Sports + linear channels along with the Sky Sports + app, but Sky do not have 'it seems' full rights for all the on demand content.
They tend for most tournaments, provide selected matches, being finals and top seed clashes and GB participation.
There are also extra short highlights.
I love my Tennis and have been pleased with the extra matches we get form the various Sky Tennis channels and Sky Sports + offering and do watch most of it live, even in the late or early hours.
But, for some, watching live is not always possible and so can feel their pain a little, wanting to watch a full replay at a later time.
As we have said before, rather than make a repetitive point on here, best ploy is to make a request to the VR team, so they can pass onto the Sky Sports teams or other teams in Sky to further enhance the current provision.

This is the Sky forum, not the Now TV forum.
The NOW community forum ended last year.
Hence, why we have seen an increase of late from customers asking questions here.
We are allowed on here to help answer NOW questions and in many cases probably can help. But for the more trickier ones we will have to offer a redirect to the NOW support teams via their contact numbers or contact links on the Now TV website.
Sky support or the Sky community messaging team cannot themselves answer/resolve NOW queries, so often a redirect is the only solution, if we cannot as above help answer their question.
