Not getting satellite, so I can’t get any pictures on my TV

The council has been doing work on the flats and they moved the satellite and I cannot get a signal now. I haven't had one for four weeks.

@Jan810  Your post has been moved from the Sky Go Board as that is a PC/Mobile app not a satellite receiver.

Also it's unlikely the council have moved s satellite 23000 miles up in the Sky so presumably you are referring to your dish?

Which Box do you have Sky+hd or Sky Q

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

They'd need the long  ladder for that one, and Big Dave to stand at the bottom...
