I wanted to watch television last night and the signal on the small black box that is connected to the television started to flash. Consequently, without the signal, I was unable to watch any television programmes. I turned it on and off at the mains but it continued to flash. I tried again today and this time the light in the black box was completely out, without any signal at all. Obviously, I still can't watch any television. I can't find a number to contact to speak to a human being. Does anyone know what is wrong and also how I might be able to resolve this by speaking to somebody? Thank you!!!

What sky do you have? Sky q, sky+ hd, sky stream etc?
What we can suggest is dependent on this.
