No signal for all channels
Hi we are unable to watch any live channels on sky. It says no signal

@g0386smith A "No Signal" message is your TV not seeing the Sky box on the relevant HDMI input.
Or do you mean "No Satellite Signal"?
The 2 are very different messages and issues.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
