@LynnMcWhinnie-  Your post has been moved from the broadband forum as this is unrelated to broadband.  A No Satellite Signal issue is to do with your dish and/or box.

 

Which Sky TV service do you have SKy+ or SKy Q?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
