No music Chanells

I seem to have lost my music chanells on sky I only have four and they are not working now .

What platform is this on so youm post can be moved, so is it Sky Q, Glass or Stream ?

If you are in Ireland, only the MTV music channels are available. These are:

• MTV Music
• Club MTV
• MTV 90s
• MTV 80s

The others only have a UK broadcast licence only and do not have an EU broadcast licence. As a result, they may not be broadcast in the EU (including Ireland).  However, they can be accessed via manual tuning.There are:

• Clubland TV
• Now 70s
• Now 80s
• Now 90s & 00s
• Now Rock  
• That's Summer (Sky Q only)
• That's Dance (Sky Q only)
• That's Melody (Sky Q only)

Same here, although it's a signal issue, all the other channels are working properly.

What do you mean by Sky Q only? All the music channels are available on Sky HD and Sky Q boxes. Or are you referring to them not being available on Glass/Stream in which case "satellite only" would be more accurate. 

The MTV channels changed transponder recently so anyone who has lost them should contact Sky to arrange an engineer visit. If the MTV channels aren't working you may also be missing various Comedy Central and Nickelodeon channels.

By Sky Q only, I mean they are not available on Sky Glass or Sky Stream. As Sky+HD, Sky+ and Sky Digiboxes are legacy boxes, I didn't refer to them. One may have different ways to describe the forms of boxes Sky offer. Since Sky Q was launched, Sky+HD boxes are not offered to new customers.
