No cover of Sky Sports

we cannot get sky sports despite phoning them what is the problem? Why can't we get it?

We subscribe but can't get sports coverage ie unable to watch Newcastle match or Chelsea

@Vs4  But which TV box??  You've posted this in the accessibility section which is not the correct section therefore we ned to know which TV box you have
