No access to TNT Sports following switch from Discovery+ to HBO Max

I have same emails for Sky & HBO & told by HBO that my account is open. On my iPad that seems to be the case but on my TV HBO states I need to get access for TNT sport. What a mess.

How do we get Sky to resolve without wasting our valuable time? Might be helpful if we could just ring someone at Sky?

How come no SKY employee contributes? Why do we need a forum to solve problems caused by SKY?

Yes it was. SKY would not have allowed such a thing to happen surely. I have been watching TNT through Discovery via SKY for at least 2 years.

I ended my contract with BT because it was a good deal. I regret it now because at least BT will talk to you.

I had the same issue, i just logged out through the sky box, then logged back in and it resolved itself.

My problem is identical to yourrs. Have you resolved it & how? I rang SKY today & they say it must have been a glitch that allowed me access to TNT Sports on Discovery FOC (included in subscription). This was definitely not the case as I cancelled BT Sport with BT because it was offered effectively FOC by SKY. They would not budge on this issue. The strange thing is that I can access TNT sport on my iPad through HBO.

Some clarity from SKY would be useful. Did we both get TNT through Discovery by chance? Does anyone have anything useful to add please?

I successfully logged into HBO Max with my old Discovery+ email, and I now have access to TNT Sports content. However, I have NO access to any other HBO Max content, just TNT Sports!!

I'm having exactly the same problem

as now found I can't access it on the new hbo max app, and that was the main reason we used the old discovery+ app to be able to watch the football on there

Hi, I pay for TNT Sports with Sky and have the TNT Sports add-on. On my other devices, I was always able to access TNT via Discovery Plus. However, with HBO, I keep getting a message saying I need to get access and pay an extra £30.

Does anyone have any information on this? I’ve called numerous times but keep hitting brick walls.
