Have tried to activate my free discovery plus app but every time I try to watch it it says that I need to pay ? the only way I can see to resolve this problem is to delete the discovery plus app and all discovery plus and start again with a new application for discovery plus unless you can help have been in touch regarding this before and your adviser gave me a phone number to contact discovery plus and get them to resolve it I have rung the number and cant get a reply
