When trying to connect my Netflix account with sky it asks me to 'Add Netflix to your Sky package' even though I have it already. I click on continue for it then to say 'You've already added this package to your Sky subscription'. And says you can start watching shortly but it has been saying this over 24hrs. The Netflix account previously linked to my Sky account appears to have been hacked, it's in Spanish and our usernames have been removed/changed. Therefor trying to connect a different account instead.

The 'Spanish' (most likely Central/South American) hacking appears to be widespread. I think you'll need to communicate with Netflix to attempt to retrieve that account: trying to link a different one to Sky billing won't work.

After a long call with Sky they couldn't help. I called Netflix and they confirmed the account had been hacked. I changed the email address and password with them and all is back to normal now.

'have I been pwned' is both terrific and terrifying website to check ones email address security.
