Netflix is wanting my payment details

Hi yesterday we agreed on a new 2 yr deal which included Netflix on 2 devices, which worked fine yesterday but today the 2nd device is wanting payment details to continue watching but it's part of our package - HELP

@Glyn21 can you confirm that your not trying to to watch on both devices at the same time? The standard offer with sky is one stream at a time unless you upgrade

Is that correct? I thought Netflix standard with ads (via Sky) allowed to watch on two screens simultaneously in HD.

 

Even Netflix's own tiers state the same

Yes you can watch basic Netflix on two screens. Issue all sorted now.

For clarity, that's Netflix Standard with Adverts (in HD) which is now the lowest tier they offer.  Netflix Basic no longer exists.

 

The upgrades are to Netflix Standard (no adverts) which is two screens in HD, and then Netflix Premium which is four screens in UHD.
