Netflix film picture looses top and bottom

How do you change Netflix films to match to the full screen and not cut picture size.

My very old TV had no issues

@Geo112  Are you seeing black bars at top & bottom?  If so you're seeing it in the ratio intended.

The picture size is correct. If you zoomed in on the image to get rid of the black letterbox bars you would be cutting the sides off the image and could potentially miss crucial details. 

Your TV might have a zoom function if you really want to do this, but it's nothing to do with Sky or Netflix so you'll need to consult your TV's manual.

Your old TV was committing crimes against aspect ratios. One of the worst buttons ever placed on remote controls of old was the 'zoom' button.
