Need to transfer mail to new provider after migration from VM

Hi

I've moved my TV and Broadband from Virgin media to Sky today. I understand that I have to transfer my e mail to another provider within 90 days. Hopefully keeping the same address.

Can you advise me how to do this please.

@JimH5  Your post has been moved from the email forum as this isn't a Sky/Yahoo related query.

As Sky don't provide new email accounts have you asked in the Virgin Media boards since it's their email service?

You would need to sign up with hotmail/outlook or gmail and then import your email from your VM account, if you can't find info on the VM forum google have plenty of info on account migration.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
