What Sky box do you have? You have posted in the Sky+ forum but I suspect you have Sky Stream or Sky Q?

If you've ordered Sky Q the installing engineer will set hit up for you.

Sky Stream is designed as a customer self set up device. There's no engineer support. Just plug it in and follow the on screen instructions. If you come unstuck,  just post in the Sky Stream forum and someone will be happy to help.
