Noticed on the NFL Season opener on Thursday night that the sound output from the feed was very quiet, to the point where it was difficult to hear. Adverts were fine and output from other channels is fine. I have just started watching the Gameday Morning coverage and it is the same again. Please can this be sorted!

For the third or fourth year in a row, Sky Sports NFL content shows extremely low! It's appalling the lack of good volume - still very low even when I turn it up to its maximum. It doesn't happen on any of the others channels, only with NFL live games or NFL content (Good Morning Football, PFT Live, etc). Please fix this...

Trying to watch this morning's game is ridiculous due to lack of volume on my Sky Q coverage. I then stopped the playback and deafened the neighbours as my tv volime was so high so it's just the NFL coverage.

This is likely to be an audio feed issue which will be taken from the US, it's not an issue specific to Stream or Glass. Hopefully one of the Sky employees will feed this back to sky for you. 😉

It is very frustrating and as I am hard of hearing makes it almost impossible to watch.

Once again, full volume up in order to hear it "just ok", Sky! Please fix this, is very annoying and not in line with your usual quality.

Volume is definitely lower than any other channel. I switched between main event and NFL channel just now to compare. An issue that needs resolving.

Still terrible for me. I have an autistic son who does not deal well with loud noises so having to turn the sound up for the programming then getting blasted by the adverts/other channels is not ideal to say the least. This falls well below the service we as customers should be expecting
