You specifically say your "TV screen". Do you know if it's an issue with your TV or Sky device?

If you're able, try connecting your Sky device into another TV and see if this fixes the issue. If it does, it's an issue with your TV and you will need to contact the manufacturer for this.

If this doesn't work, try restarting your device:

  1. Unplug your Sky device from the main plug (the one going into the plug socket on your wall).
  2. Wait at least 4 minutes.
  3. Turn on your device
  4. Wait for the system to load fully
  5. Check channel 998 (Sky+HD, Sky Q, etc.) / channel 501 (Sky Glass/Stream)
If you see picture and hear sound, the issue is fixed.

Sky services I use:
  • Sky Q in Ireland:
  • ︎Sky Signature, Sky Cinema, Sky HD, Paramount+, Discovery+ (Standard)
  • Sky Ultrafast Max (Fibre Internet)
  • Sky Talk (VoIP)
  • Sky Mobile
  • Disney+
  • Spotify (Premium)

Please treat everyone with respect. 🙂
