Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhatever the Tv service is you have Sky won't give you a new one as the remote isn't faulty you have essentially broken it. I'd suggest going on Amazon and purchasing a new one.

without you actually telling us which remote it this it's not like we can advise further and provide the Amazon link.

Annie, I want to express that my intention is not to come across as mean or cruel. I've noticed this comment occurring frequently, and I believe that it might not be the relevant response. The response often seems somewhat generic, resembling a default answer.
Instead of seeking information about the individual's specific system, which may not be relevant in this context, I believe it could be more helpful to recommend platforms like Amazon or the Sky accessories site, following the example set by others.
Additionally, suggesting specific options for popular systems, such as Sky Q, assuming it is the prevailing choice currently, might enhance the overall assistance provided. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to contribute to the community's continuous improvement.
