If on Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream, you can book an engineer by visiting:
sky.com/help/book-tv-visit
I would suggest unplugging the device and checking all cables are securely inserted and not broken or damaged.
If you're using Sky+HD or Sky+, you will need to find a local satellite TV repair company as Sky has ceased support for these.

I'm pretty sure that's incorrect. Steam and Glass does not come with engineer visits although Sky will obviously troubleshoot with the customer over the phone.

Apologies, I honestly assumed this kind of support as for all Sky devices that Sky still supports.
