Missing episodes of love island UK

Why does sky skip episodes of love island uk when you try to watch them back? They do this every year and it's so frustrating. 
currently they are missing season 12 episode 19. They have episode 18 that goes onto episode 20 ????

All 26 episodes are showing on my Sky box

The alternative solution is to open the ITV X app to watch Love Island.
