I had the same problem and solved it for part 2 by downloading it from Sky Go. Thanks to all who posted that tip. 

Haven't watched it yet. Will I have the same issue with part 3? Has anyone downloaded that?

Part 3 is the Chicago PD episode and so far it only appears to be the Med one that for some has to be downloaded via the Sky Go app.
