Missing episode of chicago med

Series 10, episode 11 of chicago Med is unavailable to watch from on demand on Sky Q. Does anyone have an explanation?

Have you tried using the Sky Go app to see if you can find it and download it to your Sky Q box ?

Nobody else so far has repoted this episode as missing from Sky Q or Sky Go so have you tried searching for it ?

I can see it on Sky Go and Sky Glass so it could be a local problem.

Have you tried rebooting your box?

I'd like to thank everyone who responded to this discussion. I have solved the problem by getting a nowtv subscription, which is unacceptable given the situation. I'm disappointed with Sky for not resolving the issue.

Did you ask Sky? Seemingly you're the only one for whom the episode isn't there.

What did they say when you contacted them about it ?

Seeing as you appear to be the one with this issue suggets it is not widespread at all, you haven't said what hppens when you do a search as per my earlier post ?

I am actually also missing this episode. I only have episode 10 as the latest.

@Vsfan1 Are you using the Search option to search for 'Chicago Med'? I'm wondering if because it was the middle episode of the trilogy it's not showing up the same via other methods.

Yes I tried the search function but wasn't showing or available. I also downloaded the previous episode to see if it would automatically download 11 but it didn't. 
I did what the post said above and found it on sky go and downloaded to my box that way.
