I agree - if Eurosport was included previously then the equivalent TNT channels should be included in the revised packaging or the monthly cost of the package reduced to compensate for less content - if they are unable to do this.
Not going to happen, it is explained on the T&C's you agreed to that channel lineup can change, Sky make no guarantees about channel availability.

Re: Loss of Eurosport channels
I am also a "VIP" member. I had what I thought was a basic package i.e. no Sports, no Cinema. I watched my monthly bill creep up over the years, most recently from £53.50 to £58.50 !!
The final straw was they then removed Eurosport, but wanted to charge me an additional £30 per month for TNT. I am only interested in watching cycling, so declined their offer.
I then changed my package to "Essentials" and my monthly charge went down to £15. I separately pay Netflix £5 a month.
PS As I am a valued VIP customer (pre "Stream") my Essentials package excludes Sky Atlantic, Discovery +, any non-terrestial HD channel, and heavens knows what else. I am now considering binning SKY completely.

Re: Loss of Eurosport channels
Almost all Sky customers are classed as VIP. My son joined Sky in his own right in November and was classed as a VIP before Christmas.

To be clear, it was Warner Bros Discovery Inc who 'removed' Eurosport from transmission to the UK, presumably being under rather a lot of stockholder pressure to stop losing money on TNT.

That's correct, because 'Television Essentials' on Sky+ HD or Sky Q is an entirely different product to 'Essential TV' on Glass & Stream: it's the cost saving from not using satellite distribution which helps keep the cost of the latter down.
